    What the best over the counter BBQ sauce you ever ate ?

    To date I'd have to say that I really like the Hot Bone Suckin Sauce that a few others also picked. My wife picked it up for me and I was pleasantly surprised she even knew about it. If I am in a pinch and have to go with whats at the local Publix then I go with Sweet Baby Ray's and doctor it up...

    X5...and 26.5 hours for a shoulder??? Was it a shoulder off of a T-REX?  I've cooked whole hogs 200-250 lbs that didn't take that long.

    When all else fails ...

    Skirt steak is one of my favorite cuts but it has to be cooked correctly or as you experienced it can be really tough. Like Gene and Merv said it has to be cooked fast, about 4-5 minutes per side to medium rare. Definitely need to slice across the grain. I like to cut them in thin slices for...
