    Sliders on the drum

    I have done sliders a few times now and they are awesome. I usually just get a bunch of ground beef season to taste then lay flat in a cookie sheet and cut them with a knife into squares makes it really easy and each of them are perfect sized and I use the same rolls as well.

    I got mine in late July and have used it quite a bit it is my first smoker and I have produced some great results with it and my friends love it as well. No real complaints its nice and easy to use set your temp close the door add chips every so often heck its almost impossible to mess up lol.

    Alright ribs came out wonderful. Brisket was really good could have sat and rested a bit longer but dinner time came and 20 hungry people were waiting. Shoulder is still in now and is at 190* Hopefully it finishes soon its been a long day and im exhausted!
