    Brown sugar?

    I use the brown sugar mustard rub on pork, beef and venison its absolutely delicious I'm not even a mustard guy!  The rub Is the only time I ever use mustard. Try it you'll like it.

The trick is with these when you put a smoked ice cube in your bourbon is to let its sit just about 3 minutes minutes give or take...  to get just a little melt then drink before sipping on the bourbon. Then drink rest of your bourbon at a steady pace so as not to get to...

     Salmon jerky.  1 qt water 1/2 cup kosher salt Some homemade garlic salt (thanks Broncosfan ) Onion powder  Should be a bayleaf but Im out so no bayleaf this time. Lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar Ground black pepper melody. Took the skin off and sliced about an hour in the brine in the fridge...
