    Thanks guys Chef Paul's was great. Made some blackened chicken with a cilantro lime aioli. Should have got pics turned out great!

    My wife and I love blackened seasoning. What is everyone's favorite recipe or store bought brand? Specifically one that isn't super salty my wife especially has found many of them to be very salty.

    Eye of round ideas?

    I was considering dried beef but wasnt sure never done it before but always like trying new things. Would there be any issues with cutting it into a couple pieces? Maybe do some jerky and some dried beef. Also anyone have any good dried beef recipes/tips.

    So I wanted to try Jeff's Rub...

    I just got both rubs and the sauce for Christmas. The AP rub is great haven't tried the texas rub yet and I LOVE the bbq sauce.

    I actually have a canopy but unfortunately it turns out my deck is not quite big enough for a 10x10 canopy so I improvised. It wasnt perfect but honestly it worked out pretty well lol.

    Turned out quite well. They weren't quite fall off the bone but they were still quite tender.

    The smoke must go on! Some ribs and a pork butt. Trying out "Jeff's all purpose rub" on the ribs and another " Big bald bbq rub" out of a recipe book I got for Christmas. Will post results
