Charcoal baskets
I dump a lit chimney at on end of the coals, the coals burn their way around the basket. Longer burn time, lit at 10am, still warm the next morning.- gramason

Charcoal baskets
I leave the center empty as a divider, and put the coals around the outside, so they burn one way around the basket, I found it to be more of a even temp than using a basket with all of the coals together.- gramason

This is what i'm talking about. Got a 20" grate from Home Depot, and made this basket for my UDS, Tried it out Saturday, and it worked well. __________________- gramason

Problems with posting
I'm having trouble posting some pics, I have been using Photo bucket the whole time, and never had a problem till now. I resize my pics to web site size, the first pic posts fine, but the second will not post small. Thanks for any help.- gramason

Question for Pulled Pork Experts about juice
I soak mine with juice, and wrap. Then I just pull into a pan, I don't use the juice, just finishing sauce, and it stays moist. -
