So i did my first turkey in my smoker
Turkey was a 13lb butterball
Brined over night with a home made brine
Real light rub
Smoked at 250 for 4hrs with a 50/50 mix of apple and hickory
And then cranked up the heat to 325 for the last 3 hrs to crisp the skin pulled the bird at 165 and...
Hey everyone just found this site this morning... Wish i woulf have found it a long time ago i have 2 smokers one is a coleman chimney charcoal and a new masterbuilt 2 door propane... Hope to learn alot from you all and share what i have learned as well
