    Smoking my first fatty (Bacon Explosion) today

    So far i am a little over two hours into my smoke with the temp hovering right around 150, just waiting for it to hit 160.  The prep was fairly easy and it is filled with onions, garlic, and crispy bacon along with some homemade sauce and rub spices.  I can't wait until it's finally done.  Enjoy...
