Thread bump out of no where!!! Thanks again guys glad you all dig my experimental fatty haha. If you are the type that likes it when the syrup from your pancakes gets on your sausage you will LOVE this fatty.
I think you would be surprised at how well it holds up. The crust on those pies...
Sometimes you have to learn the hard way... Glad to hear your ok though! Trust me I have done plenty of dumb stuff that was probably much more dangerous and hazardous to my health. Live and learn right?
Thanks for the kind words guys! Let me tell you it tasted as good as it looked!
I use it every time! I always forget to mention I use that too. I made a batch for the first shoulder I cooked and have used it every time since hahah.
just my opinion but that is about as big a chunk as i would want to put in mine but I would probably only use 2 at a time. I usually use chunks that are between the size of a large orange and a grapefruit and typically use 2 chunks every 3-4 hours or so. When the pieces are too big its hard to...

Thanks! The cat will lounge like that as long as I'm outside. I Think hes plotting to heist some q, now if only he could figure out a way to get that lid off...
I don't if its as much being a fast learner as it is being a good reader... haha. I think I have had a combination of good luck and a lot of good information on hand from some very experienced smokers on here.
I don't doubt that at all... My neighbor down below the cat has been teasing me "in...
