    removing the membrane from babybacks

    I buy all of my pork ribs from Costco. They come three racks in a cryo pac and have always had to remove the membrane. The mebrane is generally very tight but with a little persistance, a fork, and some paper towels it will come off.

    I usually take mine to elk camp each year. I get things going in the early afternoon and skip my afternoon/evening hunt. It is a huge hit to be able to sit down to a warm rack of ribs after being out all afternoon.
