OH MY, that is one awesome looking brisket. I haven't gotten up the courage to attempt one yet, but pics like these make me a little more brave all the time. Cudos for the great Q-view. I am jealous.
Count me in as well. I'm not sure about too many unique sauces, but we have a few spices and seasonings that are unique to my area. Hopefully that will suffice and make me a part of the trade.
This is the finished product just out of the smoker. The second is the sliced product. I have a 16 year old and an 8 year old that have been waiting since the TBS started flowing. As you can see I couldn't keep them away long enough to get the whole fatty sliced. Thanks for looking. I...
Thought I would try a cheeseburger fatty today. Sorry, no preliminary pics as the camera was busy. I stuffed this with pepperjack and American cheese. I will post more pics as time goes by. Thanks for looking.
I just did one two days ago and injected it with Tony's Butter and Jalepeno. According to my family and friends it was wonderful. Very flavorful and juicy. The jalepeno doesn;t impart any "spiciness" just alot of flavor.

I would LOVE to make one of these, but with me being in rural SE Montana, I can not find a steel drum that would be suitable for food. I have found a few but I would end up paying with body parts to get it here. Geat job on the build! Let us know how it works and make us drewl with some Q-view.
I started out with one of these. They are great for smaller quantities and work quite well. I have now grown into a larger one, as the family wanted "MORE MEAT". I still use mine, if I only want to do a small meal. They come up to temp rather quickly and maintaine the heat, as long as you don't...
