Kids wanting some pulled pork when we see them so decided why not , cut this monster into couple (more bark- better pulled pork IMO) I will put in Food saver bags and freeze for them here they are all rubbed down put on smoker ready to get "happy-happy" smoking with cherry/apple/hickory -
