    FIRST FATTY!!

    decidied to throw one together today.. used some burger and a box of stuffing mixed together then hunk of cheese in the middle and then the bacon  :)

    just found one in the freezer woohoo... i want to smoke something in the am in my uds....might go get another one to pair with it....how long avarage...if i start it at 8-9 will they be done by 6ish?

    first pic is the ribs after a night in the frige one with a mustard base with rub on it and the other just a rub on it second pic is my uds  :) third pic is just before i foiled them... enjoy..more pics to come..
