I've had my offset smoker for a couple of years now.
Before using it, I take the grates off and scrub them and coat in Pam.
Is this what everyone does ?

Hi. I've been smoking with my offset smoker now for about 2 years. I've gotten pretty good with brisket and baby back ribs. I've dabbled a little with pork shoulder, turkey, and chicken.
I look forward to picking up more pointers and recipes !
