I understand too what your going through, I haven't had insurance for years. My last job cancelled it, no way I could afford it myself, and now I'm self employed. I never heard of Cobra, blue cross is the big one in our area. Sounds like their cheaper, but man are they a pain in the butt to deal...

Hey thanks! these are my first to come out great. They were ultra tender, juicy, not too greasy, just awesome. The flavor was amazing too, I'm so glad to finally have made some good ones!

Just a little left overs but man.. finally I made some killer ribs. That terryaki and pineapple was amazing!!! They came out juicy, tender, fall of the bone, just perfect.My wife said the best ribs shes ever had anywhere. Kewl!!!!
