    Any one use this meat grinder????

    I'm with you, I have the exact same grinder and stuffer.  Can't beat the price and for the 5 lbs batches I do every couple of weeks, it works out.  Also if you're worried about the harbour freight grinder, they offer a 2 year warranty for $20( I believe that was the cost)  anything happens...

    Dave is on to it with drying them   I put mine on paper plate and nuke for 30 - 60 seconds.   Humidity gets to them.

    Looks good nice Job.   I love this stuff,  although I'll admit, I've never sliced it.  I've always just spread it on bread like peanut butter, slice of cheese and some yellow mustard.  mmm so good.   I have to try this home made.
