I had dis-assembled my Weber Spirit to clean it last week and ended up with a problem lighting the left burner (the only one with an igniter).
After reading this post, I went out and looked again.
I removed the igniter assembly and took a small wirebrush and cleaned the burner tube...
TL084's are pretty good op amps.
And don't forget the old 555 that just won't die.
I swear you can do anything with one of those. :)
I still have the old 555 Handbook.
A little worse for wear.
