Really got to think of a way to do a trade off with my slamon and Bears Smoked bacon, not the CB nor the BBB, but down home smoked bellies.. The distance is the killer as Fed-ex think they dont have an 'odor' to their , well stuff.

Was 28 at 0700 this morning, actually had to put on a long sleeved shirt--I think winter is all but here, termination dust in the foot hills and jhardly a leaf left on the trees.. AND, I just about have the smoke house the way I want it--hohum.
