Pork2go 120gallon trailer mounted reverse flow

Nice choice on the hinges, these are the same ones I used on mine. They're great! I do like how you flipped them over to match your door. I heated and rolled mine to match my door curve.

My first RF smoker build from a propane tank

Qview time!  Made some atomic buffalo turds with both pineapple cream cheese and salmon cream cheese.  Both chicken thighs and some quarters, some with rub some without,  Coca-cola infused ribs and last but not least, my secret weapon - Stuffed pork tenderloin.  It was not only my first cook on...

Pork, I looked through your images again today.  I really like that rear jack idea, how much is a flat bottom crank jack like that? I may do something like that or maybe a swing out style like the ones they use on a pop-up camper for rear stability. When I mounted my FB, I changed the design...

    Dutch Oven Squash Soup

This unanswered post struck my eye.  I am not a veggie specialist, but my girlfriend made squash chili this week. It actually was VERY good!  Give it a try!  Thanks for sharing your recipe.  I shared it with her to cook, as she is a squash fanatic.  Thanks for sharing!

Greetings from DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia)

Welcome to the group! I do not have experience with that oven, but would love to hear why pecan is your favorite wood to smoke with.  My buddy in GA, his family has a pecan farm and also grows peaches and plums.  I will have access to pieces of cut trees, so I am interested in why you like the...

I think I may have done a bad thing - a small piece of galvanized pipe in my build

I heated the installed pipe today.  (the last post was supposed to state I tested the burn on one end of the unused portion of pipe)  I opened up the smoker door and pulled out my cooking racks so the zinc smoke cannot affect anything, then taped my acetylene torch to a 5' piece of box tube and...

    Short/Fat 120 Gallon Build

Burger still looked flavorful enough I could taste it just by looking at the pics. I agree on the crispy bacon.  On my wrapped jalapenos, I like to use the thick bacon. Takes about 2 hours before the thick bacon gets cooked enough.  I wanna see a rack of ribs or a pork butt outa that cooker...

    Struggling with Wood

Welcome to the best information hub on smokers/cookers anywhere! I use what I can get my hands on, most of the time I get truckloads of free oak, usually more than I can use in a while. I typically run smokes at least twice a month, always have a reason to have friends over for a Sunday game...
