    Ribs and more - Q-view to come

    Family coming over today. Two racks of pork ribs the fridge I rubbed with Magic Dust last night. Also planning to debone two whole chickens and stuff them with ham, provolone, spinach, mushrooms, onion and a little apple and top with bacon. Rest of the bacon will be used for ABTs.

    Polish deli around the corner from my house has the spiciest paprika I've ever tasted. Great for rubs.

    SAM's Garlic

    Last garlic I purchased was "Product of India". Didn't have a choice as I was all out. Passed on the baby dills, also from India, and the fruit cups of peaches for the kids' lunches, which were from China. Buy local whenever possible and would love to find some land to plant a larger garden.

    ABTs were straightforward - shredded cheese, bacon and peppers. Didn't get a pic of the souvlaki, but here's the pulled pork we had for dinner tonight

    Friends coming over tonight for dinner and we're doing souvlaki on the grill as well as Greek salad and roasted potatoes. Bought a whack of pork tenderloin chops at Costco awhile back and before I could repackage them, my son fired them in the freezer. Had to defrost the whole package today...
