    Help !!

    After about 20 min the temp started to drop .. all the way to 160* then over the next 5 hours rose to 172* pulled it and here she is ,, (sorry i've eaten bout half.) this is my 5th one .. 2,3,and 4 were done at the cabin feeding family .. funny no one complained.. but i think this is the best...
