    Bulk pulled pork time

    Depending on outdoor temps (my area) and the type smoker you are running. I have found that 1 9# butt or smoking 8 9# butts the time is damn near the same for cooking time.

    Smoked Pork Chops

    A way to up the ante and taste would be to smoke the full loin; then slice to the desired thickness. Toss on the grill for a nice crust and grill marks for presentation.
