I use a lot of the Rondel/Boursin style herbed cream cheese in mine and it always tastes great. Not as much fat and oils as regular grated cheese.

I have an offset charcoal with mods that I love, as well as a GOSM Big block propane smoker. I have been very happy with both.
Vacation was wonderful, but I missed my smokers and everyone here
Had to throw on some ribs when I got home to stop the shakes .
They should tide me over until this weekend when I plan to smoke all weekend to make up for lost time!!!
