    New Yoder YS640 Just Arrived...in CT

    Yeah a lot of probes are curved (not all) but this is my concern if the curved part will fit through the connector.  I'm trying to go as small as I can but has to big enough to fit the curve. Thanks,  Michael

    Smoking a stuffed london broil, what temp should I take it to?

    I'll be stuffing it with Portabella mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Onion, with some sun dried tomato pesto.The stuffing will all be precooked. What temp would you guys and gals go to before you pull it?  I think the London Broil weight is about 2LBS unstuffed. Thanks,  Michael

    Yeah that's how it worked for me too, I don't get it.  Others made it sound like it so easy to get a hold of some one but I never found that to be the case.  Good luck!! Michael

    Long story short my Yoder is fixed.  The problems was the control board, Yoder has a problem with these boards I'm guessing in new smokers or maybe I'm just the lucky one??   They sent me out a new board and I had that same problem.  I emailed them with all of my contact info along with work...
