    My first bratwurst with Qview

These aren't the brats, these are last weekends play time. The top ring is smoked Garlic ring balogna, the bottom ring is fresh kielbasa and the links are fresh with jalepeno and smoked cheddar.  The links I made out of extra pork after the ring recipes were weighed out.  To keep them moist...

    .Newbie here from Queens NY..

Glad i could help. You don't have to limit to what I recommend.  There is a ton of great equipment out there.  You could start a thread on the smoker pages for recommendations.  Propane is also very good, i just have no experience.

I know the Weber Smokey Mountain is top notch.  It is loved by everyone.  You will never hear a bad thing about them.  The same great Weber quality and function. I don't know traegers real well.  You can search for them on this site.  They burn pellets only, so they seem limiting to me but they...

I love BBQ! I've got some tools! I kinda have to build one, don't I ?

Great Work!   With all of those tables, it looks like it will be great to work with.  I always run out of places to set stuff when I am doing my outdoor cooking. It would help me keep the mess down in the kitchen.

    Sweet Lebanon Bologna

Great Sausage!   You have inspired me to build a curing chamber.  I am sure I will need one soon.

    Peach Jalapeno Glazed Rabbit....

Looks Great!  I like the sound of Jalapeno Peach.  Does the glaze add much sweetness to it?  I don't like my meat sweet.

    Sunday afternoon turkey

Great looking bird!  I am craving one now. You don't have to wait for Thanksgiving to have it.  You can do like we do, we have Thanksgiving 2 times a year, but we call it ThanksChristy after my daughter in law.  She was home with stomach flu on thanksgiving, so we had a second one in March so...
