    Thanks all. Good to know my math was correct. You can never be too sure when dealing with 24+ pounds of shoulder that's $3.49/lb! Yeah, I only did grams because my digital scale converted so easily. Ounces were not so intuitive! This is my 3rd bacon job. Did belly, then HM BBB. Love the HM...
