So I smoked some garlic shrimp tonight, and threw them in with some fettuccine and an alfredo sauce. It wasn't too bad! This is the recipe I used for smoking the shrimp:

That's an interesting way to smoke them with the temp changes. Would you mind sharing the recipe? Like what kind of spices/oils you use before you smoke them?

So I got a meat smoker for Christmas and stumbled on this lovely corner of the internet yesterday while testing it out. I made an awesome smoked chicken and it turned out really well! Not sure if I'm supposed to put pictures in these Roll Call threads but I'm gonna do it anyway...
