I break out a pair of 'doctor gloves' my neighbor scored me 2 boxes from work.
I find it is easier to form, shape/manipulate with gloves on...and after you put phattie in smoke....off come da' gloves! CLEAN hands to OPEN BEER!!
After each smoke I wipe my unit....I know..sounds bizarre!!!
I wipe..with cloth...then 'oil' a bit...with a lil' olive.....or PAM....tryin' to avoid creosote build-up...potential bad flavor, I imagine.
REHEATED the pork.....JUICY.
Cheddar/onion PHATTIE scarfed by myself and 2 buddies...along with case of Anheuser-busch products...

That's funny...I just sent (Thursday) my buddy a link to that Q-trailer. Located in HUNTS POINT....I was down there pickin' up some LUMP.
My buddy responded that the 'Q' trailer is located near a boxing strippers joint... HHHmmm.... I don't really know what to make of that!!

I just started using a 'smear' for pork...I like it...
--Does not taste 'mustardy'...some say helps with keeping rub on meat/ better bark
