Outside temp. has dropped to 47 degrees. I'm going out to foil cover the one that is at the lower IT. The ANMPTS has burned out but they both should have enough smoke.
The wind has calmed down but it is still only about 50 degrees outside. At 4 hours in the smoke the butts were 159* IT and 147 *IT. Right now the one that was on the middle shelf is 162* IT and the one that was on the top shelf is 149.5* IT. I switched shelves and covered the one that was 162*...
