    Here is how it came out after grilling it a little on the gas grill. I had scored the fat cap to get some rub down by the meat, then when I put it on the gas grill to sear some of the fat got flaming and came off. It was real good and I'm going to try again. I took it out at 140* then put...

    Leg of lamb in the smoke.

    The meat was very good but had way too much Rosemary for me. It was pulled out at 138* I put it on a hot grill for a few minutes to try reverse sear. The moist and tender meat was awesome.

    That looks great! When I saw the brussel sprouts on the plate all I could think of was smoked brussel sprouts. I'll have to try that.
