You can order a needle valve online (???) as some have posted. I went and got a replacement hose and valve for a turkey fryer. Turkey fryers all have the needle valve on them. It seemed easier than rebuilding my current valve and running back and forth to HD for the fitting that work.

I have some beef ribs for tonight that I put Hoisin sauce on them last night.
Saturday I have Chicken to smoke. Soaking in Italian dressing.

Goose has a good point. Pork butt was my first date with smokin and is the most forgiving! Make sure you cook your food by temp not time!!! Check the forums and don't be afraid to ask questions. Never a dumb question!
