    Ribs with a rub on them and cabbage My Traeger with the Savannah controller did well holding 225 and the winds were very Gusty here

    I upgraded my Traeger with a Savannah Stroker v4 and thought I would break it in .. Cold Smoked some cheese earlier .. Thank you to everyone that posts their recipes and what they are cooking . -Toyse
