    Thank you! I have a Smoke Hollow that I am currently using but figured, two smokers has to be better than one! I will do a little research on some mods and hopefully before too long I will be able to smoke twice as much, then I can invite everyone over for dinner

    I live in WI and frequent Festival for their Burgundy pepper spoon roast.. I have always cut it into steaks as well. But I'm going to try one on the smoker now.. This one turned out too good not to try it out

    Chicken thighs taste funny

    I had the same problem for a while then I realized what I was doing wrong. Too much fuel and too little air, the wood was burning too cold and giving a bad taste. I have since lowered the amount of wood I use and opened the vents. A small hot fire gave me the TBS and wonderful taste.
