    I have the wsm 22.5 and love it.  Great for smoking, easy to use, solid temps, 2 racks that can hold a lot of food.  Multiple 8 lb pork butts at a time.

    I have cooked a couple butts on my wsm with cyberq atc. normally 8 lbs and it takes about 16 hours at 225.  Can I decrease my temp, say to 210, and increase my cook time to around 20 or 22 hours.  Not puncturing meat so if I understand correctly, I don't have to worry about the 40 to 140 rule...

    I have found on my cyberq that if I open the lid and leave off, it will skyrocket.  any air opening in addition to it will cause it.  I have learned to unplug my fan and grill temp sensor (so it doesn't blow due to loss of heat from lid)  while I open lid and close quick, do what I need to do...
