    First time smoking wings

    My grilled wings always turn out very good. I cook them on the grill the same temp and time i do in the oven; 350 for two hours. If i cook them alongside ribs at 225-250, I'll let them cook for 3 hours. The skin always turns out nice and crispy.

    Good lord thats guud eatin!  It came out sooo moist and tender!  The pepper-jack cheese and horseradish really complimented it well!

    Almost 2 hours into cook.  She is sitting at 145°f, looking and smelling guuuud! Got the peppers, worchestershire (say it quickly lol, "whats this here sauce?") and Guinness ready.
