    Help --- Spare Rib base other than mustard

    I use Olive oil on everything. Brisket, TriTip, Ribs and pork butt before I season it. Works for me. I never use mustard.

    I also buy the large spice bottles at GFS and Sams Club. I keep all my seasonings in a large heavy duty tote I bought from Home Depot. Works for me.

    If you have a good cooler, I only use 5-7 day coolers there is no need for even towels. 4 hours later you'll still be hard pressed to pull with bare hands. The longer butts rest the better.

    80 lbs. of pork butts and 2 cases of chicken thighs on the menu for today. Porks smoking nicely over hickory and apple wood and the chicken will go on later. To be continued

    My NEW Cooker with Q-View!

    I love my Meadow Creek CD108G puts out some amazing Q. The quality and craftsmanship of Meadow Creek is second to none. And yes, I have had many cookers. My next will be a TS500 with a chicken cooker. The Meadow Creek chicken cooker is the best out there hands down.
