    Thanks!  I was stationed here in CA while I was in the Marine Corps.  Traffic is a pain everywhere, but you all back there are a little too slow for me!  Nobodys in a hurry to get anywhere, at least in Michigan anyways.  LOL

    Thanks Al.  I am able to get the fattie tightly rolled.  And I also do the refrigerate to help firm everything up.  Even with the plastic wrap, the weave still doesn't seem right.  Maybe I'm to much of a perfectionist.  Maybe it's the beverages I consume too!  I'll definitely take a look at the...

    I have done many fatties since learing about them here.  Everytime, I have an issue with the weave and wrapping the ends of the fattie. The ends are loose and do not form around the ends.  Does anyone have any tips on how to correct this?  I'm not sure if I'm using too much bacon.  Any tips...
