How many beercan chickens can i fit in a Silver Smoker?
I dont have a silver but mine is similar in size and I would say 4 tops because of the height issue. If they are less than 4 pounds maybe 1 or 2 more max.My bigger chickens almost touch the lid when closed, but my stand is a half inch tall at the base also.- cbucher

I would think that the air inlets should be lower and most fire boxes sit around 3 inches off the bottom. Could be wrong though.Still not bad for the first run. All a step in the right direction.- cbucher

Didn't go so well
might try using a different wood. I have never smoked with red oak so I am not sure how harsh it is.- cbucher
