Well it came out perfect ! Everyone raved about ! I did foil for a little bit then just let it rest for awhile in the smoker turned down to 100 as suggested by Bear.

Last night at midnight I started a 9.7 butt. I plan on eating at 4:00 this afternoon. It now 7:00 am and both of my probes are saying 160. Do I just let it go or foil it ? I know that there's going to be a stall. Did I start to early ? I was figuring 1.5 hr per lb.

How long should I figure per pound ? I really want to use your instructions but now it's kinda screwed up because of the weight.

I don't get it my amnps never goes out just sitting on the bottom left side. I use a fireplace wood starter. Comes in a brick kinda soft , just tear a piece off and put in the where the hole is and light it. Let it sit about 20 min and it's good to go.
To me they're well worth the price. It was a pain in the ass to clean before. I'd heat it up and try to clean with a wet rag , but ended up just smearing it around.
