    I've never had my charcoal and hickory explode. The chimney can get a bit hot to handle, but those are the risks you take.

    I use water in my pan and a hand full of sea salt, then I spritz with Tang. To each his own, but don't knock it till you try it.

    The wife decided we wanted grilled shrimp for supper, I, of course, must make the lady happy. I began with a trip to Wal-Mart. Ended with a tasty grilled shrimp, hush puppy and freshly made cocktail sauce, and a smiling wife.
