The original recipe calls for lhp is that what you use to replace it, Eca? Can this be substituted in other recipes as well. I’m New to sausage making thx
Mine runs fine and it only has the 7 small mounting holes it came with. It probably depends a lot on the elevation you live at though. My original intention was to drill extra holes but it has never went out and Han nice looking smoke
See how the fat came to the outside of the sausage that’s what happens there is a gel like substance all over the sausage .. sorry I don’t have a better picture
