Thanks for the welcome. Just got a MBE 30". had a home made job using two terracotta flower pots, a hot plate, pie plate holding chips, racks inside. Problem is you have to dismantle the thing to add chips which would mess up the heat and timing. Looking forward to learning a lot here.

Just found this site. I have been grilling and doing a little bit of smoking for a while. All self taught and want to learn tons from all of you. I'm sure I am missing a lot doing it by myself. Looking forward to a wonderful Smokin' Summer on the Jersey Shore (New Jersey that is). Thanks.
