    Thanks for all the replies,  Things move kinda slow over here, some of it due to me and other to the Thai's.  Got the hood installed today will post pic's tomorrow.  Thinking of using bamboo for the rods instead of wood rods.  Gona have the guys mount some shelf's to hold the rod's.  More pic's...

    Here are a few more pic's, all that is remaining now is putting in the racks for the shelves.  I'm having a stainless steel hood made for the top, then I have to make the heating element setup. Will post more pic's when I get it completed. Chalee
