30 pounds on the smoker! (W/ Q-View!)
Those butts look great. I've never had much luck with loin ends either. Ill have to try aliceing them and smoking them. Good advice. -

Great thread. I've been wanting to start smoking cheese for a long time now. Pinneywoods gave me an amaz-n-smoker to use so now i have no excuse. thanks to him and this thread i think i got what i need. I'll let you guys know how it goes. Thanks again.- bamajon

He IS. A crotchity old fart but he's good dude. One of best friends. And he taught me most of what I know about smoking meat. I grew up smoking meat but BAMAFAN and all of you guys have helped me get better and turned it into a passion. Thanks to all of you guys. :grilling_smilie: -
