Well I didn't get a chance to post any pics. Right in the middle of my cook I threw my back out and had tong onto the emergency room. My wife finished them up for me. They turned out pretty dawg gone good. I really liked the ribs with the old bay on them.
I tried something a little different on on rack. I doused it down with a little Old Bay on top of the normal seasonings.
I have learned from experience though. Only experiment on a portion of what your cooking so at least you know the rest will be good.
And no tim I didn't add too much cumin...
