I like to leave the fat cap on and have found for me it enhaces the flavor and keeps the pork moist. Everyone has their own ideas and ways of doing it tho....
Hi everybody!!!!
I thought I'd sneak in the back door and say hi to y'all and let y'all know I'm still around. Been having computer issues (gotta take it in to get fixed the right way) and the critters are finally starting to move around, which means I finally got some work.
Gettin lots of skunk...
I just called them and told them they would loose a lot of business with this decision. I also told them it was being passed around in forums and e-mails. The woman I talked to said someone would call me back. Lets see if anyone really does??????
Sweetheart that's not breakfast, that's a work of art!!!!!
I've had bad luck. Not only did my computer completely crash, but now I'll have to buy a new monitor. I just chewed this one up tryin to get at that chow!!!! lol
Hi, I'm oneshot (Steve) and have had a Traeger for almost 4 years. I can help you with yours, don't take it back. You can do almost anything with these, you made a great choice when you bought it!!!!! Whatever your problem I'm sure I can help you fix it. Post what you did and I will get you...
Looks really good!!!!!
I've been using a Traeger for years and take my word for it, stick with using the Traeger pellets. They seem to give the best flavor.
Don't try and fix something that isn't broke....lol
