That's some nice looking meat I'll say. I'm gettin ready to put a butt on the smoker right now. In fact, it's my first smoke ever so I'm excited to get started. I've got several people comin over tomorrow to watch that world cup lol, so I just hope it turns out good. Will let you know.- butchsc

Yes I actually seasoned it twice about 3 weeks ago when I first got it. As for fuel, I am using Royal Oak lump as the primary and then Weber wood chunks for smoke. -

Well, we have decided to put off the purchase for a little while and I am really leaning more and more towards the offset style grill/smoker but I have an opportunity to buy a 1 yr old 22 inch WSM for $200.
