I have used a magic eraser to clean the glass. Works fast and easy, so there is probly some kind of cancer disease I will catch as a resukt of my laziness....but it does work perfectly.
Getting ready for kick off tomorrow. Did some chicken quarters, OLD BAY, and FAMOUS DAVE's . They look good...wont tast them till tomorrow, but they seemed very juicy when I took them out.

I am pretty sure the problem with my food probes is that I wasn' able to get them in far enough for an accurate reading. There is no way they can be that temp. I really am not worried about those temps till I get to the last phase.
