Thanks! You did tell me about the ThermoPop before but the place where I buy that sort of que gadget had none so I bought one of those expensive 3 sec or less celebrated pens. I will get the ThermoPop.

I thought I had all the information I needed to keep my ANMPS lit but I didn’t. I warm them up and dry them out in the microwave oven and I lit them with a crème brûlée torch until I have a fire going then I blow it out instead of leting it burn for a few minutes. That may be my problem?

I heat my pellets up in the microwave they seem to lite easer and stay let I also let them set in the open air for a while to get them going good before puting them in the smoker, but for some reason they go out once in a while.

I may do a mail box rig for my MES 40” as I sometime have trouble keeping the ANMPS lit. Nothing more agrovating than having to relite the ANMPS over and over. Most of the time it works just fine but it’s those times when it don’t that I want to eliminate...
I ask the Question about corn cob smoking here, because I don’t know where to ask these questions anymore with this new system where I don’t seem to be able to find anything anymore????
