    Smoking trout on a traeger skin or skinless?

    Hello Everyone. It's been a while and I'm back! I love my Traeger grill and so far it has worked out great. Now comes to time to smoke trout. Should I skin the fish and brine it? Or should I leave the skin on and smoke it? Let me know quick because tomorrow is when I want to smoke them!

    Hello Everyone. I'm Jamey     For Christmas, I got a Traeger Elite cooker. I'm soo excited to use it! I love ribs. I would like to know the BEST way to smoke ribs till they practically fall off the bone. This is my FIRST time ever using a Traeger cooker so any input will help. Thank You!
