    I'm going to smoke some St Louis cut ribs today. I ordered Jeff's rub recipe last night to try on them. I also ordered an AMAZEN 6x8 for my MES 30 for next weekends smoke ( whatever that might be ). I'll post pics once I get started this morning.

    Ok it hit 200 and I pulled it out. The meat temp prob I tested it with went in like butter. Now going to wrap and rest it.
